ALL CLASSES

Hi students and parents!  Well, we have survived our first full week of classes :) Just a few pointers on how my blog works...

For my math classes the unit work is posted on the blog- these are all of the assignments that we will be completing during the unit.  There are no due dates- students are told the due dates in class as they vary depending on the lengths of the lessons.  All major assessment pieces WILL be posted on the blog: dates of quizzes, tests, projects etc. I encourage you to speak to your child to find out what they learned in class today, what was completed and what is due the following class.  I have a homework board posted in my classroom that is always kept up to date for small and practice assignments as well as I inform my students several times per class what will be due.  Open communication between teachers, parents students will ensure a successful academic school year!
